NCC - Proposed New Management Company

Nautilus Cove Condo is located at 13700 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida 32407. We have 168 units, 56 of which remain unsold and are rented out by Concord Management, the same firm that manages the condo. Concord has historically done a C- job here at NCC, spending too much time renting out Developer condos and neglecting Assn. business, has commingled Condo and Developer funds and provided incorrect information on election and turnover dates. It is time to replace them.

Misc FYI: The document title should read '2010 Proposed Budget'. It was put together in 2009 and approved by the BOD on Dec. 20, 2009 as the 2010 budget.
